1.2 MIMSHACK provides a service with the intended use to facilitate interaction between brands (Brands) and media users who may wish to produce content for online advertising. In these terms and conditions, Brands and Content Creators are collectively referred to as Users or You (with all derivative words having a corresponding meaning). I

1.3 MIMSHACK is committed to ensuring that the privacy – within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 2018 – of Users registered through the website is protected. This Privacy Policy describes how MIMSHACK collects, uses, discloses and stores Personal Information that is provided by You and generated by Your use of the website

  • for the purpose of facilitating interaction between You and Brands and conducting Our business; 

  • to provide better personalised services that are tailored to Your needs;

4. Disclosure of Personal Information
